This policy governs the international shipment of original hard copy documents processed by JP&EU. Electronically issued documents (PDFs, digital certificates) are not eligible for physical shipment.
We work with trusted shipping associates across China, India, Bangladesh, Ukraine, Brazil, and Morocco. Our associate selection is based on:

You'll receive email notifications upon dispatch and confirmed delivery. JP&EU does not receive real-time transit updates from shipping associates, but will promptly inform you of any issues or confirmed delivery.
In the rare case of loss or damage, clients must report within 7 days of the expected delivery date. JP&EU will work with the shipping associate to investigate and assist with claims, though we are not liable for third-party courier errors.
