At JP&EU, we understand how critical your original documents are. Our Document Shipping Policy 2021 ensures safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of hard copy documents to clients worldwide.

What Is the JP&EU Document Shipping Policy?

Our Document Shipping Policy governs the international shipment of original hard copy documents processed by JP&EU. Please note: electronically issued documents (PDFs, digital certificates) are not eligible for physical shipment.

How We Ship Your Documents

We work with trusted shipping associates across China, India, Bangladesh, Ukraine, Brazil, and Morocco to deliver your documents efficiently. Our associate selection is based on:

  • Destination country – to ensure fastest and most direct routing
  • Shipping cost optimisation – reducing international shipping expenses for clients
  • Shipment volume consolidation – combining multiple candidate documents where possible to lower costs

This network helps us avoid the standard €100–€150 international shipping fee, passing savings directly to you.

Shipping Charges

A flat fee of €80 per applicant per country applies, which covers:

  • Standard international shipping
  • Customs duties and handling charges
  • Administrative and dispatch processing fees

Combined shipments to the same address are available, further reducing logistics complexity. Expedited or special handling fees, if applicable, are communicated in advance.

Delivery Timeline

Most shipments are delivered within 7–14 business days from dispatch. Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance processing
  • High shipment volumes
  • Weather or unforeseen logistical disruptions

Clients receive a tracking number (where available) to monitor their shipment in real time.

Document Security & GDPR Compliance

All documents are securely packaged and handled with strict confidentiality. JP&EU and its shipping associates comply with GDPR data protection regulations, ensuring your personal information remains safe throughout transit.

Shipment Notifications

You'll receive email notifications upon dispatch and confirmed delivery. JP&EU does not receive real-time transit updates from shipping associates, but will promptly inform you of any issues or confirmed delivery.

Lost or Damaged Documents – What to Do

In the rare case of loss or damage, clients must report within 7 days of the expected delivery date. JP&EU will work with the shipping associate to investigate and assist with claims, though we are not liable for third-party courier errors.

JP&EU reserves the right to update this policy. Clients will be notified of major changes via email or our official website.
